Macarena Olona walks the Camino de Santiago

The way to Santiago 2023 The Camino de Santiago or Jacobean Route is the route that pilgrims take to venerate the Apostle Santiago in his tomb in Compostela. The Camino de Santiago is a very special route that runs through Europe to Santiago de Compostela. What's more, it is the oldest and busiest route on the old continent, the most important pilgrimage route in medieval Europe. It is the best route to get to Santiago de Compostela.   But in reality the Camino De Santiago is not a single path, but there are three, and we are going to name them below: - The French Way, which is the most frequented and has about 900 km. - The Camino del Norte that goes along the coast and has 800 km. - The Primitive Way that runs through sections of the original Camino De Santiago and has 300 km.   Its starting point is the picturesque French town Saint-Jean-Piel-de Port, crossing the Pyrenees, then Roncesvalles, Logroño, Burgos, León, Ponferrada, O'Cebreiro and Sarria, to finally reach Santiago de Compostela. But the most important thing about it is the reason, why people decide to do the Camino De Santiago, and the answer is clear, their devotion. Devotion to the Apostle Santiago or a great sense of spirituality that manifests itself in the need to know much more about oneself, to find answers to certain questions or to find inner peace, are the main reasons for doing the Camino De Santiago.   Macarena Olona reappears on the Camino de Santiago in 2022 Macarena Olona disappeared from the political scene at the end of July, but has reappeared to carry out the Camino de Santiago. Due, mainly, to health reasons, the former deputy decided to withdraw from public life suddenly. But now he has decided to travel 100 km for 5 days to obtain the Compostela, starting the journey from Sarria (Lugo), and in order to fulfill a promise he made to the Holy Apostle in March, with the death of his father. But Macarena Olona is not going to travel alone, but has invited her followers to join her and cover the expenses of the experience of those who dare to go on a pilgrimage with her.
